Warranty & Disclaimer:
We warrants that our Products are totally free from any type of defects in materials and making at the time of delivery. If an analysis is stated on the face of the Invoice, it is not intended to be a complete analysis and is not to be regarded as a specification or warranty, unless specifically stated in writing to be such.
It should be noted that The Traditional Shop doesn’t have any refund policy. If any customer want to return a product without any considerable cause of rejection that means without any damage or flaw in the delivered product his/her payment should be adjusted in his/her next order deducting an amount of Rs : 500 PKR, the cost of delivery and service charges. It should be done within (3) days.
International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment. Also, please ensure to check the DUTY charges (if any) of your shipment as the duty charges will be payable to the courier company at the time of the delivery in some countries. Credit card processing can take up to 3 business days depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by you. After confirmation we will ship your items as soon as possible. Once you get your order confirmation email, you can track your order from www.dhl.com.
We offer Exchange facility to local Pakistan’s customers deducting an amount of only Rs : 500 PKR for delivery and service charges. However it should be noted that this facility is on all undyed collection and it’s not available on dyed and custom made orders and items purchased on sale. If you want to Exchange any product you should notify us within 3 days, in writing, of any reasonable cause for rejection. Buyer agrees that three (3) day period provides Buyer a reasonable opportunity to inspect the Product. Such notification shall identify each and every reason. Buyer’s failure to ask for exchange within (3) days shall void this facility.
We offer Return facility too to our local Pakistan’s customers. It should be noted that this offer is on all un-dyed collection within time period of 2 days. This facility is not available on dyed and custom made orders and items purchased on sale. If you want to Return any product you should notify us within 2 days, in writing, of any defective goods or other cause for rejection. Buyer agrees that two (2) day period provides buyer a reasonable opportunity to inspect the Product. Such notification shall identify each and every reason for. This shall not be entertained after 2 days.
Prices / Taxes:
Unless otherwise indicated on the face of the invoice, all prices are quoted on a per dress basis. Buyer will be responsible for any tax or governmental charges imposed upon the sale of the product or transfer of the Product. Therefore buyer should be aware of these taxes or any other type of charges applied or imposed by their respective governments prior to place any order. The Traditional Shop is not responsible to have the knowledge of each and every country’s rules and regulations and duties. Buyer shall not have any right to set off any amounts due here under against any amounts which may become payable to Seller under any other agreement.
